- ClaimsĀ cannot be filed for refunds if a replacement or store credit option is available. By accepting a replacement or store credit, the customer waives the right to request a refund for the same claim.
- Insurance doesĀ not coverĀ improper storage, tampered vials, theft after delivery, carrier delays, or regulatory holds.

6.3 Processing Refunds

11. Order Cancellation Policy

11.4Ā Chargebacks & Disputes:
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and recovery of all associated costs including but not limited to administrative fees, legal fees, and collection costs.
