The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of research compounds. Upon carrier-confirmed delivery, responsibility for the Products—including all risks related to handling, storage, use, misuse, transport, and compliance with applicable laws—transfers fully to the User or their authorized agent. 2.2 Gated Access & Customer Verification

4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 Pricing & Fees:
- All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
- A credit card processing fee of 2.99% is applied to all credit card transactions to offset the elevated merchant fees charged by financial institutions for peptide-related purchases. The exact amount of this fee is displayed clearly at checkout before payment authorization, as well as on the order summary, invoice, and email confirmation. This fee is a processing/service fee and is not a prohibited surcharge under California Civil Code §1748.1

5. Shipping
5.1 Shipping Terms
- Domestic shipping options are available at checkout.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected.
- Orders are processed and shipped within standard business hours. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.
5.2 Shipping Insurance
Customers may opt-in for shipping insurance at checkout to protect against loss, damage, or incorrect deliveries during transit. Insurance must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.
Without shipping insurance, Pure Health Peptides LLC is not liable for any lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier and prior to delivery confirmation, except to the extent such loss results from the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Insurance coverage applies only while the shipment is in transit and before carrier-confirmed delivery. After delivery is confirmed, all risks—including loss, theft, or misplacement—transfer to the recipient, and any post-delivery claims must be directed to local law enforcement or the carrier as applicable
By purchasing shipping insurance, the customer agrees to the following terms:
5.2.1 Claim Filing Deadlines
Claims must be submitted within the following timeframes:
- Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments: Within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- Lost shipments (undelivered): Within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
5.2.2 Required Documentation
To initiate a claim, the customer must submit:
- The order number and tracking information.
- Photos of any damaged items, packaging, and product labels (if applicable).
- Carrier confirmation or tracking showing non-delivery (for lost packages).
5.2.3 Coverage & Limitations
- Compensation is limited to the original purchase value or a replacement of the item(s).
- If the Company offers a replacement or store credit, the customer waives the right to request a refund for the same claim.
- Insurance does not cover:
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Tampered vials
- Theft after confirmed delivery
- Carrier delays or missed delivery windows
- Regulatory or customs holds
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pure Health Peptides LLC can no longer file a claim on your behalf.
- If you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery has been confirmed, you must file a theft report with your local authorities.
5.2.4 Claim Processing
- Claims will be reviewed within 5–10 business days.
- Compensation will be determined in the Company’s reasonable discretion and may be provided in the form of a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances of the claim and available evidence
5.2.5 Insurance Fee Non-Refundable
- The shipping insurance fee is non-refundable. If an item is returned for a refund, the original shipping insurance cost will not be reimbursed.
5.3 Ownership & Risk Transfer
- Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser only when the carrier records the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided by the customer, provided that Pure Health Peptides LLC has properly packaged the order, supplied accurate shipping information, and selected a commercially reasonable carrier. After carrier-confirmed delivery, Pure Health Peptides LLC is not liable for theft, mis-delivery, loss, or other post-delivery issues, and the customer is responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
5.4 Carrier Delay Disclaimer
- Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside the Company’s control, including carrier errors, weather conditions, or regional facility delays. Pure Health Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the shipment has been accepted and processed by the carrier.
6.1 Refund and Return Policy

- Opened products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

6.3 Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received or the issue is validated.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6.4 Exceptions and Conditions
- Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products damaged due to improper handling, mixing, storage, attempted use, or any deviation from proper laboratory procedures after delivery.
- In situations where a refund cannot be issued due to payment-processor rules, transaction settlement restrictions, or the User’s selected payment method, the Company may issue a store credit equal to the original purchase amount. Store credits will be issued in writing to the User’s registered email address, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- The Company reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if there is evidence of tampering, attempted use, or product degradation.
- All returns must be received in their original packaging with intact labeling and seals.
7. Intellectual Property

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services or Products, you agree first to attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at the information provided below. If the dispute is not resolved through informal means within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. You and Pure Health Peptides LLC waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property rights, unauthorized use of Products, or misuse of confidential information.
- The User agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, except where California law mandates venue in the User’s county of residence for specific claims, in which case those statutory venue requirements shall apply.

11. Order Cancellation Policy
11.1 Cancellation Before Shipment:

- If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
11.2 Cancellation After Shipment:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may be eligible for a return and refund under our Refund & Return Policy if the product remains unopened and sealed.
- Customers must follow the return process outlined in our Refund & Return Policy and are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
11.3 Failure to Complete Payment:

11.4 Chargebacks & Disputes:
- The Company maintains comprehensive electronic records of each transaction, including order details, payment authorization, shipment tracking, and carrier delivery confirmation. These records may be used to verify fulfillment and delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute. Carrier-confirmed delivery shall constitute prima facie evidence that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer, subject to the customer’s right to present contrary evidence.
- Evidence and Dispute Resolution
- The Company maintains comprehensive electronic records of each transaction, including order details, payment authorization, shipment tracking, and carrier delivery confirmation. These records may be used to verify fulfillment and delivery in the event of a chargeback or dispute. Carrier-confirmed delivery shall constitute prima facie evidence that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer, subject to the customer’s right to present contrary evidence.
- Chargebacks initiated without good-faith efforts to resolve the issue with the Company may constitute a breach of these Terms. Pure Health Peptides LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is inaccurate, fraudulent, or unsupported by the facts. The Company may seek recovery of reasonable, documented costs directly caused by such a chargeback—including processor-imposed fees, representment or retrieval costs, arbitration fees, and administrative review time—to the extent permitted by applicable law and card-network rules. Repeated or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination.
- Refusal of Service & Blacklist Policy
- Pure Health Peptides LLC may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order, account, or payment method when reasonably necessary to protect the Company, its customers, or comply with applicable law. This includes—but is not limited to—cases involving suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, regulatory compliance concerns, violations of these Terms, inaccurate or unverifiable information, or activity flagged by the Company’s internal fraud-prevention or blacklist systems. Any such actions will be based on legitimate business reasons, applied in a non-discriminatory manner, and consistent with applicable law including the Unruh Civil Rights Act and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
- The Company maintains its internal blacklist and fraud-prevention systems solely to protect the platform, customers, and payment partners from fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violations, regulatory risks, or other unauthorized activity. Information recorded in these systems is limited to identifiers reasonably necessary for security purposes (such as name, email address, phone number, or IP address) and is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable California privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA.
- If an order or account is denied, restricted, or flagged through these systems, the User will receive post-action notice via email and may request a review by contacting the Company. Restrictions may be upheld, modified, or reversed after review, depending on the circumstances and available evidence. - Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
14. Entirety
- These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Waiver Agreement and the Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Health Peptides LLC and our Affiliates and Partners with respect to, but not limited to, our services, and supersede any and all previous written or oral agreements between you and us with respect to, but not limited to, our services.
15. Assignment
- Pure Health Peptides LLC may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor, or purchaser of assets in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or other legitimate business purpose. Any such assignment will not diminish the User’s existing rights or expand the User’s obligations under this Agreement. The User may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Pure Health Peptides LLC, and any attempted assignment without such consent is void. This Agreement is binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
