Indemnity Waiver Agreement for Research Compounds
1. Acknowledgment of Research Use Only
By purchasing research compounds from Pure Health Peptides, I, the undersigned customer (āCustomerā), acknowledge and agree that:
- All products are strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are expressly prohibited from human consumption, veterinary use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
- These products haveĀ notĀ been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body.
- It is my sole responsibility to handle, store, and use these compounds in compliance with all applicable laws, safety protocols, and industry best practices, including maintaining appropriate storage conditions, security measures, and documentation of all research uses.
- I acknowledge that failure to do so voids all Pure Health Peptides’ obligations under this agreement.
2. Age Verification & Legal Compliance
- I confirm that I amĀ at least 21 years of ageĀ and legally permitted to purchase research compounds in my jurisdiction.
- I acknowledge that Pure Health Peptides does not sell products to individuals under 21 years old, and I agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request. I am solely responsible for complying with any applicable local, state, or federal regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these compounds.
3. No Medical Claims & No Warranties
- Pure Health Peptides makes no medical claims, express or implied, about the safety, effectiveness, or intended use of its products.
- No guarantees or warranties are provided regarding research outcomes, product efficacy, or results.
- All products are sold āas isāĀ without express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By purchasing, possessing, or using products from Pure Health Peptides, I assume all risks and agree that:
- Pure Health Peptides is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising from any use, misuse, improper storage, handling, or disposal of its products, regardless of whether Pure Health Peptides has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- IĀ waive any legal claimsĀ against Pure Health Peptides, its officers, employees, and affiliates related to the purchase or use of these research compounds.
- I acceptĀ full responsibilityĀ for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Indemnification
I agree toĀ indemnify and hold harmlessĀ Pure Health Peptides, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any:
- Claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), fines, penalties, and regulatory actions resulting from my purchase, possession, storage, handling, use, or disposal of these compounds, or any violation of this agreement.
- Legal actionsĀ arising from misuse, injury, property damage, or third-party claims related to these products.
6. Binding Agreement & Governing Law
- This agreement is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
- Severability: If a court finds any provision of this agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall be interpreted to best effect the intent of the parties.
- This Agreement and its interpretation is governed by the laws of the state of California.
- All disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
- By proceeding with my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Indemnity Waiver Agreement. I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and binding signature under applicable law. I further agree that a printed version of this agreement shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings.
